Helping you see the thing that makes you, you. That hidden genius that’s been there all along, quietly running the show. I love guiding people to finally understand what they’re great at - sometimes for the first time - and then showing them how to unleash it in a big way.
It’s like discovering you’ve been sitting on rocket fuel and just needed the spark to take off. Watching that lightbulb moment happen? That’s what fires me up.
About Me
Everyone has a genius. Mine? I can see yours.
It all started after I graduated from Georgetown and jumped into the world of consulting at Accenture. I worked on massive, complex global projects and learned a lot. But I quickly realized something: genius is always in simplicity. (And no, simple and easy are not the same thing.)
By 28, I was ready to chart my own path and started my business consulting firm. Then came the Everyday Genius Institute, where I took things up a notch. I made it my mission to deconstruct genius - finding and capturing the secret strategies behind the world’s best minds and turning them into bite-sized, actionable insights. Books, videos, you name it - I created resources to help people skip the hard part and get straight to the genius-level stuff.
But I wanted to go deeper. So, I went on an unexpected adventure - to “shaman school.” I learned powerful healing techniques and sharpened my intuitive abilities, which unlocked a whole new level in my work. Now, it wasn’t just about seeing genius - it was about helping people heal the blocks that kept their genius hidden in the first place. I could help people clear away the beliefs, traumas, and fears that kept them from fully stepping into their brilliance.
Today, I work with people and organizations who want more than just success; they want to create real impact. I bring everything I’ve learned along the way: business savvy, entrepreneurial grit, intuitive insights, innovation, creativity, genius tracking - you name it. Every session is a custom-built, no-cookie-cutter experience, guided by intuition and tailored to the unique needs of each client.

What lights me up? Helping people and teams tap into their genius, ignite their passion, and see their own gifts like they never have before. And the best part? Watching them take that fire and create 10x success in their lives and work.
These days, I’m living in Santa Barbara, California, soaking up the weather, dabbling in pickleball, and on a serious mission to try every taco in town. I’m also working on a TV show that features Everyday Geniuses in action, giving you a front-row seat to their minds so you can grab their genius strategies and apply them in your own life.
